Veterans Preference Program
M&M Realty Partners and Edgewood Properties are committed to our veterans. Our Veterans Preference Housing Initiative is designed to match those who served with housing to meet their needs. At Park Lane and other select communities, veterans who qualify based on income receive wait-list priority for rentals with income limits.
Availability is limited, however, waitlist applications are currently being accepted affordable 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Pricing is based on a sliding income scale in order to be eligible, residents must certain income requirements.
Pricing is as follows:

In order to be eligible for these affordable housing units, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. Income limits are:

In addition, Park Lane and all M&M and Edgewood Properties communities offer the following benefits to all active and non-active military personnel who provide proper identification:
- Waived application fee
- Waived administration fee
- Reduced security deposit of $1,000 on rents greater than $1,000 (contingent on credit approval)
- Priority wait-list status
- Lease break option: Reduced early termination charge equivalent to two months’ rent with 30-day written notice
- 10% discount on furnished apartments
